Nadine is wearing shimmer on her top lid without a primer or fixative. If you foil this with Fix-It or Seal-It you will get a metallic effect. If you use it with one of the primers you will get a deeper more shimmery effect.

great eyeshadow
I ordered two shades of this shadow, and love both. As i age, i find less makeup is less harsh looking and much prettier. I have put my dark eyeliner away, in favor of this great shimmer and silver shadow, lightly applied with a fine brush, and with mascara as the only other thing on my eyes. The shadow goes a long way, stays on, and helps to widen my eyes and give a natural, more youthful appearance. It is also a great value, as is everything I have tried from The All Natural Face!
