Multani Mitti Clay, also known as Fullers Earth is used in many ayurvedic skin care formulas. It is formed by the decomposition of volcanic ash. It is highly absorbent and known for itskin lightening/balancing properties. It is good for drawing excess oils from the skin and stimulating circulation to the skin. The formula also contains Neem, Witch Hazel, and White Willow for their acne fighting and antiseptic properties. Use this if you have oily skin. Try a less absorbent clay if you have normal or sensitive skin.

Apply warm wet facecloth to face. Put a scoop of mud in the palm of your hand. Add enough water to mud (just a touch to make a paste). Apply mud to face and let it sit for 15-20 minutes more, you may want to remove the mask with same warm wet facecloth. Tone, preferably using one of our toners, and moisturize preferably using one of our coconut oils or aloe, and you are ready to greet the day!

Use once to twice a week or twice a month if you have more sensitive skin. It comes in a 2 oz jar.

    Lovely mask

I like to mix it with a bit of water and some apple cider vinegar. Face turns red for a while but that goes down after an hour, and the skin is left nice and smooth. My acne has gone down heaps but I don't know if it's because of this mask or the african black soap I've started washing my face with.
