Good neutral shade
This eye shadow is so pretty. It works great as a neutral across my lid below the crease. I have pretty light skin. I wear almond goddess foundation for a reference. It has a bit of a coppery, shimmery tone against my pale skin. I would say that for very light skin, it is too dark to go above the crease.

Beautiful neutral color
I tried the sample of this color and am in love with it. It has a subtle shimmer to it that works both a more neutral look and when I want to do a more dramatic look. I use it mostly with the seal-it and it wears all day. Love this color. I've always used nasty chemical pressed shadows in the past so I'm not used to the fall out that I am experiencing with using the loose powders, so I just have to remember to do my eyeshadow first. This isn't a big problem, but just something I thought worth mentioning.

Pretty but too light for tan skin tones
This color is very pretty! Unfortunately, I am very tan and this color shows up much too white and pinky to be worn as an all over the lid color. I might use it as an inner corner highlight though.
