Our gel eyeliner has the same vivid highly pigmented colors that all our stuffies do. It is a smudgeproof formula that will stay on until you wash it off. It is not waterproof. Waterproof cosmetics generally have shellac in them to make them waterproof. ick. You wont find anything like that in our stuffies. This is solid brown eyeliner. There is no shimmer to this. It is a solid brown liner. Just like the stuff you've always worn minus all the nasties. As always we use very few, but very pure ingredients.

Just what I needed
This is a great eyeliner. It's really smooth and light (I can't even feel it on). When you put it on, it stays on (until you wash it off, and that's easily done as well), no flaking off and leaving dark circles under your eyes.
