ORDER PROCESSING: The All Natural Face works hard to provide you with the freshest product possible.  To extend the shelf life most products are made within 1 week of shipment. Therefore, please allow us at least 1 week to prepare your order for shipment, however, most orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). From to time, especially during busy holiday periods, your order may exceed this time frame. Also, if your particular order is not currently in stock, please allow extra time for us to replenish our supplies. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to work within your specified time frame.


SHIPPING: We ship via the United States Postal Service. When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Priority shipping in the United States is available upon request and will be priced accordingly.   International expedited services are available, please inquire for pricing. PLEASE note that international orders are going to take longer to reach their destination.  Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery to international destinations.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Your business and your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise, either by email or by phone at (978-261-3238) We will be more than happy to discuss an equitable solution.  We here at The All Natural Face are here because of YOU and we want to make this a pleasant experience for all.  Please note that opened and/or used products are non-returnable.

For your convenience, we offer inexpensive samples of our products and we encourage customers to try them before committing to full-sized products.
