French Green Clay has enormous absorbent powers due to the constitution of its micro molecules. It literally "drinks" oils, toxic substances, and impurities from your skin. It is milder on the skin than Multani Clay. It tones and stimulates the skin by bringing fresh blood to damaged skin cells, revitalizes the complexion, and tightens pores. French Green Clay is fabulous for helping to clear up problem skin. You can use it daily on trouble spots, or weekly as part of a complete facial treatment. Mined from bedrock quarries in France.
The formula also contains Neem, Witch Hazel, and White Willow for their acne fighting and antiseptic properties. Use this if you have oily skin. Try a less absorbent clay if you have normal or sensitive skin.
Apply warm wet facecloth to face. Put a scoop of mud in the palm of your hand. Add enough water to mud (just a touch to make a paste). Apply mud to face and let it sit for 15-20 minutes more, you may want to remove the mask with same warm wet facecloth. Tone, preferably using one of our toners, and moisturize preferably using one of our coconut oils or aloe, and you are ready to greet the day!
Use once to twice a week or twice a month if you have more sensitive skin.

I decided to get this in the try me clean face kit, and I cannot be more impressed. On my combination skin this really works to combat my oiliness without being too drying. I also love that I got so much for my money! The product is really packed in, so the one downside is that it's difficult to scoop it out without it puffing up a bit.

Great mask!
Makes my skin super soft!! I do it about once a week and using it along with their oily skin toner has made such a huge difference in the clarity of my skin! It's a little intense so I wouldn't recommend it for extra sensitive skin. You can definitely feel it working! :)
