Naughty Navy is a wonderful deep navy blue. 

Our gel eyeliner has the  same vivid highly pigmented  colors that all our stuffies do.  It is a  smudgeproof formula that  will  stay on until you wash it off.  It is not  waterproof. Waterproof  cosmetics generally have shellac in them to make  them waterproof. ick.   You wont find anything like that in our  stuffies.   This is solid navy blue eyeliner.  There is no shimmer to this it is made with oxides for depth.  Just  like the stuff you've always worn  minus all the nasties.  As always we  use very few, but very pure ingredients.

Ingredients:  Purified Water,  Vegetable Gylcerin, Oxides, Magnesium Myristate,  Sclerotium Gum,  Potassium Sorbate, Cosomcil Cq

    Best eyeliner on the market.I have many allergies and this doesn't bother me at all.It looks great on my green eyes and comes off so easily.No tugging or pulling. A great buy.Behind the counter a thirty dollar product.Wonderful!

    This is the BEST eyeliner I've had in a long long while! I haven't had navy liquid eyeliner since I was in high school way back when the dinosaurs roamed! It glides on so smoothly and gives a great vivid colour and stays on!! It's a little tricky to use such a fine brush to create a cat eye, but the brush is great to get under the lower lashes. Lots of product and easy to carry and go!

    this one of the most beautiful navy eyeliners I have ever used.My eyes are green and it just makes them pop.Completely non irritating to my sensitive Eyes.This gel eyeliner is the best eyeliner I have ever used.Light formula easy to apply,and comes off like a dream with only water.No tugging or scrubbing at all.Real Pure. just love it.If I could give any of these gel eyeliners 10 stars I would.In the big fancy stores this would be a 30 dollar product!

    Yes, It's me again!!! I have used your lovely eyeliners pretty well each day!!! Just to let you know that I am now coming back for my second in this colour. Truly well worthwhile dollar wise and all the other reasons I gave in my review.

    I am absolutely blown away by this eyeliner. It has a fantastic brush to apply the eyeliner and also goes on very evenly. It doesn't smudge or smear. I wore this for atleast 12 hours and when I came to take it off, wow wee, I just dabbed water on my mascara and didn't realise that the eyeliner had come off as well, without rubbing!!! Just love the colour. Thank you for developing this. Great that you don't test any of your products on animals - I will be back to purchase again.*****
